Appeals Policy

  • We aim to provide a fair and reliable appeals process for all centre personnel and learners to follow if they have a dissatisfaction and/or a concern.
  • Appeals are heard by individuals that have the appropriate competence to make decisions in each individual case and have had no prior involvement, or a personal interest in the case.
  • We advise all learners to discuss any dissatisfactions and/or concerns with the centre coordinator, or if you have an enquiry relating to the result of the assessment please discuss this with the assessor to resolve the issue prior to following the appeal process.
  • Learners must have exhausted the centres appeals policy and procedures before raising a complaint with the Awarding Organisation Safety Training Awards
